Do you ever have someone of the opposite gender repeatedly come into your mind?

Why would someone randomly come into your thoughts when you are not in a relationship with them and never have been? And at no apparent time or reason. Doing laundry or driving or talking to someone and BAM! There they are, in your head. It is quite strange to say the least. Would you say this person is losing their mind?

Losing your mind? hahaha... No, it happens. If you like someone/crush on them then they pop into your head at random moments with no reason.

  The strange thing is, if I am "crushing" on this guy, I am am not aware of it. He has told me he "wants" me and teased my daughter about marriying me, but I have let it go because he is younger than me and I know he has some issues. I am even hanging out with other guys to get to know them better. Why would he still pop into my mind occasionally. I don't think I like it.

  Unfortunately, maybe you are right. It probably does not help that he was asking me why I avoid him and such last Thursday and asked me if he could help me with moving things and offered to buy me a soda. I do like him in a way, but he is 8 years younger than me and that feels awkward some how. So I just keep thinking I have lost it and push the thoughts out of my mind. Argggg... :)

lol. Nice. I am glad they make lots of money because I see definite back problems in the future! My grandmother could be in that contest 100 percent naturally and she wants to get hers reduced for the back strain. Luckily I am not a man, so it won't stick in my mind, but from my era, I think all women have heard of Long John Silver! ;)

Exactly! I was trying to be politically correct. His name was taken after the pirate Long John Silver. You have even heard of him. I am never sure what is okay to talk about on this site. :)
