Pregnancy takes a lot out of a woman's body. You should make dinner, put the kids to bed and give her a full body massage.

You should send her to a fancy hotel with a really nice spa for the entire day and then have a nice dinner. I'm sure she will appreciate a break from the kids

I think what she would want the most is to spend some quality time with her hubby! It doesn't have to be glamourous (but it can be), but it should involve some time to hang out with you in a quiet place. To talk, kiss, cuddle, whatever. You could consider getting a hotel room for a night for some peace and quiet to romance each other like the good old days, and eat in a restaurant with just the two of you. The best gift you can give her is time with you!
