I wasn't playing games. It's was a natural reaction. I am attracted to him when he runs hot, when he runs cold I am not attracted to him and I react in kind. No games.
I understand. The formal psychological term for it is "mirroring" -- it is technically considered a mind game. It may seem a natural reaction for you, but you're just imitating or "mirroring" his reactions...
So when he kisses me and I kiss him back I am playing a game because I am reacting to him?
LOL. That's a little different. Hold on, I'll explain:(1) When he runs cold and you are also suddenly cold, take a moment to think what specifically makes you react that way. If it's just force of habit, like the move you'd make in tennis or soccer when you see a certain player move in a familiar way.(2) When you kiss, let's say he does something specific to you mouth that triggers a reaction from you that tells you he's "hot" -- what's you're reaction? You probably have a "kissing pattern"
==> to match his "hot" pattern.Think more consciously about your reactions. BREAK THE PATTERN.
