Hun it's all about the small things. You've listened to him talk about what he likes and don't like. What means something to him and what his dreams are. Find things that would make him smile. If he likes a certain music band. Buy him a cd that he doesn't have. Make him his favorite dinner and invite him on a picnic or to your house for dinner. When you look at him. let your look last a little longer and at the end, give him a really pretty smile. Stand a little closer to him then you normally do sometimes. Find out what his favorite female perfume is and wear it for him every so often. Just make sure its not because of an ex so you don't be reminding him of her when you wear it. when you walk past him gently touch him for a second on the shoulder arm or back. Bring him a drink if you work together. Go out of your way to talk to him and let him know that you miss lookin in his eyes and just wanted to see them. Or call him on the phone for 5 minutes and tell him you just needed to hear his voice for a minute and then hang up. Or keep talking if he wants to. Try to do little things that would make him happy.
