I'm not a vegan but I know you are wrong about one thing - vegan women do breastfeed their children. Vegans are only against drinking milk of other species.
Yeah, that's what I'm trying to say. Most 'vegans' aren't actually basing their diet on a vegan one, instead they're malnourishing thenselves by not eating what they should.
Vegans be like "You're WRONG. We never lecture people." "You are harming the environment, and you advocate animal cruelty!" "You are so insensitive and selfish!" "We are EDUCATED, that's why we try to educate others."
Literally every single thing they say reeks with irony.
What a load of self-justifying rubbish. The Vegan lifestyle is healthy, when followed properly. The amount of meat to be consumed by people as recommended in the latest Harvard/Cornell study is ZERO. You eat meat because you like the taste. and you don't like the lectures because it spoils your fun. Fun that is at the expense of animals' lives and freedom. Watch Earthlings and then see if you can eat meat. IF you can, you're part-way to being a psychopath. No one who loves animals can eat them. The couple whose child was malnourished - just poor parents. There are plenty of those who are omnivores. Don't use an abused child to justify your meat consumption when meat starves our third world children every day.
Lmao no. Most vegans nowadays fon't even have the proper diet. Even primates require meat to some extent, and if you don't eat meat you eat SUPPLEMENTS because you need to et that protein from somewhere. You're fighting for a noble cause, but the world isn't ready to change and if they are they do it in thw wrong way.
@dave1558 it's healthy but most vegan diets nowadays lack proper nutrition. Veganism consists of ONLY plants and supplements, meaning togu which has a low nuttitional value. 'A true vegan' doesn't eat eggs, cheese or other dairy products or meat.
@bente2 tofu is made from soy. But I mis read your post lol I thought you said a true vegan eats eggs, dairy, meat. Thats why I said that was an omnivore diet. Its very clear that you said that Vegans DONT eat eggs cheese etc.. dont know how I read that wrong lol
The strongest animals in the world don't eat meat. You don't have to eat a dead animal in order to get protein. Truth is, our bodies only need a small amount of protein. I's just hat all these meat heads have been brainwashed by the media. They're just so dumb and ignorant.
@Careless_Whisper eating meat is the easieat way to gain protein. I eat meat once twice or trice a week to gain that protein because it's easier than supplements.
No it isn't. The strongest animals in the world don't eat meat. You can get protein from certain fruits and seeds. Hemp seeds are high in protein, so are leafy greens and planet protein powders. Meat, especially cooked meat, is hard to digest. Natural protein is the easiest to digest and absorb.
@Careless_Whisper actually its the opposite animal protein is easier for humans to digest. and all those "strong animals that dont eat meat" have the ability to digest cellulose.. something that Humans can't do.. so that is really more evidence that humans just like we have been for 1000s of years have evolved to be omnivorous
@dave1558 Not true at all. Protein from fruit seeds and nuts and leafy greens is much easier for humans to digest. You can deny it all you wish but you're still wrong :)
Well where's your sources? Everyone who has a brain with common sense knows that eating a handful of spinach or eating a banana is a lot easier to digest than big piece of cooked steak.
@Careless_Whisper sorry but thats not true at all.. not that its really hard to get protein from plants our bodies can break them down pretty easily. But animal protein is a complete protein source (it contains all the amino acids that our bodies can't synthesize) and there are not many options of complete protein sources in the plant world, and the sources that are categorized as complete are less then ideal in the different % of amino acids. Now there is different forums of animal protein and there are easier and harder forums to digest. and all the vegan web sights will use the hardest form of animal protein to digest and compare it to the easiest form of vegetable protein
@Careless_Whisper didn't really watch the youtube PR piece there are 1000s of weight lifters that are soooooo much stronger then him its not even funny so I dont know why you posted it.. I wanted a scientific breakdown of amino acids not a fluff video..
@dave1558 Well basically he just eats protein from seeds and vegetables. Most bodybuilders today are full of steroids, so of course they're gonna be bigger than him.
yes i agree with this although i respect the choices of vegans and vegetarians unless they will harm others like their pets and babies like you described. i wish we could live in a world where we could live together on a voluntary basis. where nobody had to force nothing onto others.

I personally am a vegetarian and believe people have right to eat the way they want; but feel there is no harm in educating people in the way animals are killed the health benefits and problems you will encounter letting them make that decision. instead of forcing you to change what you eat how about being more aware of where you get the meat eggs etc.. As animals deserve to be happy with wide open pastures and proper feeding when they are alive and should not be mistreated just to please your stomach in the end.
You are generalizing. Me son is a vegetarian... he doesn't force his views on anyone. And... it is no one's business if he is one. You know if someone said this about gays or a minority. People would lose their mind. But you sound just like those bigots.
But you are still being bigoted. I don't understand why you think it your business what a person eats? It doesn't matter being a vegan or vegetarian... it's none of your business
Seriously. Less demand for meat makes meat much cheaper. Don't tell them that veganism actually makes them retarded because of a lack of essential nutrients required by the brain.
Think of it as the last form of Darwinist natural selection.
So firstly are we only dissing vegans or vegetarians too? Also it is very immature of you and prejudice to dislike an entire group of people who are doing nothing physically wrong to you simply because you disagree with heir lifestyle.
I did not read anything that said this woman dislikes all vegans or vegetarians. It is certainly possible to disagree with a different lifestyle without hating anyone who engages in that other lifestyle.
Vegans, vegetarians still eat eggs etc to gain protein. I've been scolded at just because I ate meat. They were adult vegans, I'm a meat eating teen. I disagree with how vegans act, and it's been proven eating meat ocassionally is good for you. Veganism is just anoter eating disorder in my eyes. They always force their beliefs on others
Well I think you are very ignorant. I am not a vegan mind you but I think it is quite ridiculous to think it is an eating disorder. When done right it is much healthier than your diet. For crying out load every body with a belief forces it on others. Like right now you are forcing your ant-veganism belief on all of us. I think you just need to get off your high horse and move on with your life.
I'm not ignorant, I'm opinionated. I actually only eat meat once or twice a week since I don't like most meats, and generally eat well and exercise, so my lifestyle is really fucking healthy. Veganism often goes with anorexia, there's been many cases of it. Vegans don't eat ANY animal products, so they often lack iron and certain vitamins etc. I'm not focing anything I'm sharing my opinion, you comment on it and I comment on that. That is discussion. Forcing it would mean I would keep saying the same thing and not giving you any leeway or understanding.
I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I understand why people do in the U. S. A we have factory farms it's really bad. They put profit and efficiency over animal welfare. I have been tempted to become a vegetarian myself but haven't had the guts.
I don't care about anyone's dietary habits. People can eat or not eat whatever they want. But nobody likes preachy, self-righteous asshats, regardless of what they're preachy and self-righteous about.
@Hidden_P whatever😒 You left your comment with "..." So I was wondering why you didn't finish your thought in the reply. Don't get mad at me for you being weird
"..." Does not mean lack of thought. In this sense it was used in a "are you sure you read that right?" so more a trail off of uncertainty. And from your response you clearly didn't care how you read it, you were correct either way.
I'm not mad. I understand punctuation so I'm quite content, thanks.
Lol! I asked you if uncertainly if you had read the question correctly. Even after I explained my answer you said I was being weird. So I then explained my useage of punctuation and you got aggressive. You started the aggression, not me.
I think it's very sad when people try to be vegan, but end up becoming malnourished. It's even more confusing when obviously malnourished vegans harass other's to follow their crash diets.

I tend to not respond well to the shaming tactics that those guys usually use. I remember there were some yahoo activists back when I was in college trying to get people to sign some petition about farm animals. I marched right down to the store, got 2 sticks of beef jerky, then back to where protesters were. I told them "I'd like to help you, but not as much as I'd love not to" with a beef jerky stick in each hand. Needless to say they were not amused >.>
"The animals have already been slaughtered, so I see no point in stopping to eat meat" So... if there was no demand for meat would people still slaughter animals for meat? lol I consume meat but cmon now lol.

There is a funny article about vegans that I read the other day, and it is mainly about the ones who push their beliefs on others. theangrybook.blogspot.com/.../...eing-asshole.html
I'm not a vegan but I know you are wrong about one thing - vegan women do breastfeed their children. Vegans are only against drinking milk of other species.
It's a story I've heard. A local woman refused to feed her child anything but soy milk.
That woman is insane, lol, she doesn't even know the principles of veganism.
Yeah, that's what I'm trying to say. Most 'vegans' aren't actually basing their diet on a vegan one, instead they're malnourishing thenselves by not eating what they should.
Exactly, that's the sad truth.
Vegans be like "You're WRONG. We never lecture people."
"You are harming the environment, and you advocate animal cruelty!"
"You are so insensitive and selfish!"
"We are EDUCATED, that's why we try to educate others."
Literally every single thing they say reeks with irony.
I'm a vegitarian, and I have to argue we are educated

The vegan diet isn't really that healthy to be honest
@dave1558 it's healthy but most vegan diets nowadays lack proper nutrition. Veganism consists of ONLY plants and supplements, meaning togu which has a low nuttitional value. 'A true vegan' doesn't eat eggs, cheese or other dairy products or meat.
@bente2 well that would be an omnivorous diet if you are getting animal protein
@dave1558 it's not animal protein, I honestly am not sure what tofu is made of.
@dave1558 loool, that's okay bro, I do that too😂

Being gay or a different colour isn't something you choose, veganism or vegatarism is.
But you are still being bigoted. I don't understand why you think it your business what a person eats? It doesn't matter being a vegan or vegetarian... it's none of your business
That's one of the things i'm trying to convey. That is what vegans whom i've met always do.
Why do you care? If you don't like these people don't hang around these people.
Sweetheart, let them be vegan.
More meat for us!
Seriously. Less demand for meat makes meat much cheaper. Don't tell them that veganism actually makes them retarded because of a lack of essential nutrients required by the brain.

@OlderAndWiser "So that's why I don't like vegans." sounds like she is suggesting she dislikes all vegans in that sentence
You are correct. I did not read that last sentence.
I do not dislike vegetarians by the way, just dislike the vegans I've encountered which is on what I'm basing my opinion.
Well I think you are very ignorant. I am not a vegan mind you but I think it is quite ridiculous to think it is an eating disorder. When done right it is much healthier than your diet. Calling people "ignorant" rarely leads to a desirable outcome.
I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I understand why people do in the U. S. A we have factory farms it's really bad. They put profit and efficiency over animal welfare. I have been tempted to become a vegetarian myself but haven't had the guts.

Humans aren't herbivores and we never have been. Even if we can be by choice, I choose not to because bacon wrapped doves😛
She never said we were herbivores... She said we were omnivores...
@Hidden_P and?
Right, okay. Whatever. Back to your bubble.
@Hidden_P whatever😒 You left your comment with "..." So I was wondering why you didn't finish your thought in the reply. Don't get mad at me for you being weird

Perhaps you should give this a read.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellipsis
I mean, I am English and have an Alevel in English so what do I know. But maybe you should look up the useage for an ellipsis.
@Hidden_P ooh an ellipsis😯
Blow it out ur ass, you understand that miss English? For the record, I never said she didn't say omnivore so wtf are you bothering me for?
Why are you being unnecessarily aggressive since the word go Miss Underage?
@Hidden_P you started it😒
I was just tryin to tell people bout bacon wrapped doves and you jump my case for no reason
Lol! I asked you if uncertainly if you had read the question correctly. Even after I explained my answer you said I was being weird. So I then explained my useage of punctuation and you got aggressive. You started the aggression, not me.
@Hidden_P ok fine you win, now go stick something in ur cooch and stop talking to me
Grow up, you're not hard. Conversation done.
@Hidden_P you're annoying af.
Thanks kiddy winks :)
@Hidden_P at least I'm not trying to start some argument with a minor online.
Ah dear. You clearly can't read either.
so it doesn't really sound like you are against veganism as opposed to be being against being made to feel guilty by vegans
I'm against veganism because I don't understand how not eating eggs or dairy would help an animal.
well it potentially means one less animal dies.
I think it's very sad when people try to be vegan, but end up becoming malnourished. It's even more confusing when obviously malnourished vegans harass other's to follow their crash diets.

who would be amused by the lack of respect towards something people care about?
"The animals have already been slaughtered, so I see no point in stopping to eat meat"
So... if there was no demand for meat would people still slaughter animals for meat? lol I consume meat but cmon now lol.
Nice take. I think vegans are just annoying hipsters.
Krieger!!!
The only way to fight ignorance is with education.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ju7-n7wygP0I could never do vegan or vegetarian I like my meat to much.
The taste of something justifies harming others?
I'll just stay out this discussion, since I'd indulge in cannibalism I doubt I'll find many backers any place I'd go.
