I'm interested in hearing of new ways to take it since I don't like the taste alone. I have been taking a bit of celery with peanut butter and dipping it in the bee pollen jar. I want to cut back on all the PB though haha. So today I blended it in my coffee. (I usually also blend coconut oil in my coffee). But then I read the heat kills the nutritional enzymes? I also have put it in smoothies but I have been making so many smoothies lately I've gotten sick of them.
Anyone on here take bee pollen?
