A simple squeeze of fresh lemon wedge would be enough.
I would probably make my own tartar sauce, though. I wing it every time, so I don't have a formal recipe. It's basically mayo and finely diced garlic pickles. I always add plenty of fresh ground pepper, a bit of pickle juice, Tabasco, and either a finely chopped bit of onion, scallion, or chives. I have a ton of chives in the garden from April - Nov, so I use a bit of that.
