I always get my eggs over medium :)
then I have some yolk for my toast and they're still cooked enough so that I can eat the solid parts and have them taste amazing! and I agree, hashbrowns are also definitely a must to go with my eggs. I also like breakfast sausages or sometimes baccon to go with it :)
I live on a farm and have some chickens so we always have lots of farm fresh eggs to cook and they're so amazing!

Poached or sunny side up preferrably. What I eat with my eggs depends largely on if I'm making a healthier choice or if I'm being a fat shit.
If I'm being healthy: either Whole wheat toast or brown rice (sometimes I skip the carbs completely, just depends on my mood) with tomato and spinach, then a side of just a plain avocado.
If I'm being a fat shit: home fries and either steak or bacon.
