How do you control yourself if you're constantly around food?

I work and there's always free candy around me. And I eat a shit ton of chocolate everyday. I try to control myself but I can't help

  • I dislike anything too sweet. Some fudges or baklava is okay.

    You need to train yourself to like food with less sugar. Like drink raw milk instead of chocolate, eat cashews instead of candy. At first it would be confusing to your body. Then after you'll learn to appreciate the natural subtle sweetness of foods.

    It will take a while.
