Margarita chicken is pretty good. Salt and pepper some chicken breast or tenders and saute in olive oil. In a little sauce pan add brown sugar and margarita drink mix (can be the frozen can kind) together until its the sweetness you want, put the chicken over rice of your choosing (I like zatarans carribean rice) drizzle sauce over the chicken and rice and you're done
