I love vegetables!
They have an amazing amount of nutrients which is good for your muscles and anything in your body.
So is fruit. Although of just sticking with carrots. e. t. c..., try something new. If you don't like it on its own then have it in a sandwich for example cucumber.
Once you start eating fruit and veg you will start to see the benefits. Your skin will be soft and healthy and if you have hair, your hair will be soft, shiny and glossy!
However, do remember to have dairy, protein and a little fat to be even more healthier!
