I was just really sick for a few days, and now that I'm better, I don't feel like eating healthy. What should I eat?

I al vegan and wvery day my diet is very nutrient dense and healthy. However, after being sick the last thing that I'd wanna eat right now is a salad or smoothie. I actually had a donut so far today. Obviously not sataified from that so what should I eat? Some kind of healthy pasta sounds good?

  • it's good to eat healthily and it's your choice to be vegan, but you don't have to eat healthy food every day! you've been ill, your body needs food so eat what you like! comfort food! how about a nice veggie lasagne?

  • eat whatever your tummy tells you to eat. if you're dieting / eating healthy, breaking the rules for one or two day doesn't matter and it could even be beneficial for your body.
