OK, I know this will prolly sound weird, but... sometimes a glass of ice cold water may do the trick!
A craving for ice cream can sometimes be at indication of thirst. Therefore, by having the glass of cold water you may be able to reset your brain. Try it. Five minutes later, if you're still craving ice cream then go ahead and have some. But if you're no longer craving it then this brain trick worked. :)

Yogurt (greek), frozen yogurt is really not that much healthier because it has a LOT of fake sugars in it. Try making a smoothie too with greek yogurt and fruit, drinking it or freezing it then to make your own 'ice cream', you could make nana ice cream too (frozen bananas, milk, ice and possibly cocoa powder or protein powder)
