Lately I have been have mint oreo cookies with my early morning coffee.
Trying to go organic and whole foods and less crap. Have to stop with the mint oreo cookies,, haha
I was a little fat in the past so I try not to eat it a lot... so may be once a week... but if I can avoid it I don't eat it...
I've cut down on junk food intake, lately. I eat junk food probably twice a week 😅
Lately, less than I used to. I have a habit of randomly eating candy or other junk snacks if I've been working hard but I've been trying to occupy myself otherwise
