I can't stand the texture no matter how it's cooked
I dislike it so much that I can identify that the dish contains brinjal no matter how is cooked. sliced, diced, grated, mixed, bleadned, roasted, fried or any other way. (Indians have over a thousand different ways to use brinjal in cooking). It takes just one bite or less for me to identify it.
