It's not healthy to subsist on them alone or as your primary source of calories. You can get scurvy or other vitamin deficiencies.
It's not wrong to be in love with it. But not to be eaten on a daily basis alone as it doesn't have all the nutrients you need and basically a lot of sodium which isn't very healthy.
