Eating salad for every meal?

A friend of mine (really) is eating salad for EVERY meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). It's just lettuce, without any other veggies. She's been doing this for months now. She eats other things as snacks (yoghurt, fruits, etc), but most of her diet consists of lettuce. I was wondering if this was healthy or not?

  • That won't end well. Just going to cause herself some health issues down the line if she's not taking a lot of supplements and vitamins

  • Nope. One sided diets are never healthy as it is impossible for her to get all the important nutrients.

  • Nooo. She needs protein first of all. And she needs more variety in her vegetables.
