I would go with C and D. I believe in a heavy breakfast.
Bagels have a high GI so I'm not fussy about those and certain cereals are OK but watch out for hidden sugar.
You can get really creative with oatmeal. Add in some chia seeds, protein powder, almond milk, etc.
