Gravy VS Salsa?

What is the difference and why do you prefer either one?

  • Well its the kinds of food they're used on that makes difference. Salsa is crushed tomatoes used primarily in Mexican food. Gravy which most of the time is brown is used on southern cooking a lot like biscuits and gravy or chicken, gravy on smothered things, mashed potatoes things like that. I like both

  • Gravy is made from dripping of what’s been cooked while salsa is made with fresh raw vegetables unless it’s black bean salsa and served cold. I love salsa
