White bread tastes better and has nutrients as well as brown, but obviously not as nutrient dense or healthy as brown. If you’re having a already good meal, you can add in white bread to the mix and it won’t do anything to you. I think white has more calories generally speaking right? Not sure, but if you’re on a diet you might want to watch the white bread then.
