I'm not a vegan or vegetarian but in the future I'd like to move to a more plant based diet, limiting red meat, chicken and dairy, but not cutting them out completely. I also want to try to eat fish more regularly, around 600g per week.
Non vagan. Can't live without my eggs, low fat meats like seafood... Cheese yum yum. Love a high protein diet low carbs. Keeps me at a good weight 100-105 Ibs for a 5"3'. When I was eating all that crap. I was 170 lbs with high blood pressure. It's normal now..
we are designed to eat meat, why do you think we have different teeth? one part to rip out the meat and the other to grind.
