200 ml lactaid lactose-free milk
handful of almonds
handful of pecans
frozen berry mix
frozen mango/banana/melon mix
1 tsp organic raw honey
2 small tangerines or mandarin orange

I eat the same exactly thing every single morning for breakfast.
A whole banana, usually 100 - 150grams
A half cup of oatmeal with 2 Tbps of Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter and 2 packets of Splenda mixed in, which tastes just like a dessert that I will never get tired of
2 hardboiled eggs OR 2 low-fat string cheese sticks
1 hot cup of coffee, black
1 can of Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper
It comes out to about 580 - 650 calories.
Supplements? Multivitamin (OptiMen), Fish Oil, CLA, L-Carnitine, Testosterone supplement (I rotate, but currently using Physician Formulated #1), and Beta Alanine. I save Creatine (Kre-Alkalyn) and BCAAs for pre and post workouts.
