  • The less fatty cut has the major content in proteins. The more fat you see the less protein you have. You find them in the muscular part of the meat. "White meats" like chicken, turkey and so on tend to be healthier.

  • It’s not all about protein. It’s gotta be lean protein or you risk putting on to much fat. No fat doesn’t equal muscle. You can’t eat whatever you want and turn it into muscle like some people think. Unfortunately it’s not that easy. So stick to lean meat like fish, Turkey, some cup s of steak, chicken, yogurt, eggs whites, Lima beans.
