  • I snack a lot but don’t really have set meals like lunch or dinner. Most of the snacks are healthy but there is generally at least one sugary one in there, I just had some honey macadamia nuts 🙈

  • I'd say its like 80/20 healthy food to junk food.
    I don't restrict myself as much as I used to.
    Obsessing less actually has helped me lost more weight recently haha, strangely enough.

  • Both. Depends on my mood or inclination at the time. Sometimes i crave junk other times fruit or a veggie or something with meat in it.
