  • I love smoothies! Usually I put in any fruit that I have on hand (bananas, apples, strawberries, pineapple, etc) then I may put berries like raspberries or blackberries. I also add flax seed and spinach if I have it. Lastly, I put in either Apple or orange juice to blend it nice.

  • Orange juice for the base liquid (although I pour it in last)

    1-2 bananas
    Whatever berries / fruits I have. Usually some combination of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, cherries.

    Yogurt - vanilla or plain - about a pint
    half a lime juice
    vanilla flavoring

    Sometimes I add nuts like almonds.

    It makes two quarts, so it lasts a couple of days.

    • No veggies? XD. Carrots are pretty good if you never tried.

    • I used to drink carrot juice long ago. But I never put veggies in my smoothies. Partly because I get veggies from other sources, so smoothies are a good way for me to get fruit.

  • I do. My kids don't like them without a pound of sugar. I use frozen peaches banana strawberries, juice or water, peanut butter

    • Damn haha. I try not to use sugar at all. The fruits should be good enough but that sounds tasty. I never used frozen peaches before.

  • Get some fruit, put it in a blender, blend till smooth, drink.

  • Ice cream milk sugar Hersey’s or Oreos and when I don’t want a smoothie I just add ice to that
