You might have either stomach damage or a food allergy. I also struggle with the same thing frequently as I have celiac and extreme stomach and intestinal damage.
Try looking up a good swallowable probiotic or enzyme and take it along with food. It really helps.
If it persists you might want to get checked out just in case you’re allergic to something you’re eating.
Try keeping a food log too, so you can see if you feel more sick when you eat certain foods.
