The closest is C but none of that string stuff, stir it in with a spoon.
You don’t get all the caffeine unless you squeeze the teabag against the side of the cup.

I use all 3! I find it more healthier to boil the water in the the pot, then either dip and sit for the tea to settle, or strain it in a strainer with the natural tea leaves. Which is even BETTER! I highly suggest this system I use called Tea Forte. They have many different types of teas, flavors, etc, and different tea systems that is convienant for you. But if your on the go, your better off doing it the old fashion way, which is the dip and sit steeping. The tea pot method is not good I found out. You'll just burn the leaves.
