Is it still safe to eat?

I made homemade yogurt and I didn't realize I had used a carton of expired milk đŸ¤¤ it was about 5-6 days old. The yogurt doesn't taste terrible, but it does taste different. Is it still safe to eat it, or should I throw it away?

  • Should be fine. The date is always the sell by date. Can last another week easily. Smell it. If stinks throw it out. It’s only a dollar or two anyway.

  • Unless it was a month old then you're fine.
The worst that could happen is that you'll get a little gas from It.
