Can't live on instant noddles and popeyes forever. What are some easy to make meals that are healthy yet affordable?

  • Potatoes, onions, broccoli, spinach make great stir fry veggies. Great alone or with ramen. Its my favorite dinner. Also bananas are like the cheapest fruit.

  • There's actually multiple recipes with top ramen to change it up and stay on budget, like Thai peanut pasta, or in an Asian style salad, tbh Pintrest is awesome for ideas.

  • Thai is awesome I got a slow cooker. I often throw a whole chicken in to boil off most of the fats, then cut it in half store 1half in the freezer for next meal, then Do a rice veg and chicken stack with coconut milk and Thai spices. Costs about $25 all engredients and I can feed myself for about 5 days. If you get some frozen vegetables as well as a few fresh ones it makes a lot of food real cheap. Definitely want fresh chilli, and capsicum is higher in vitamin C then oranges.
