  • Fruit and nuts are good. I always keep a bag of trail in mix the truck at work for days when I don’t get time for lunch

    • Haha no I work at a warehouse lifting boxes and empty pallets for 8 hours.

    • And I have a second job that is high energy as well...

    • Fruit and nuts are high in energy, I'd reccomend a good fruit smoothie in the morning with added oats for protein.
