Is it okay for dogs to drink milk?

This dog of mine laps up milk from a bowl like it's liqidized crack, but I'm not sure if it's good for him or not. I doubt it's harmful but can anyone offer any input?

  • You’re fine as long as he’s not lactose intolerant. But sometimes dairy might trigger food allergies. I guess it’s okay but I’m not giving my dog that.

  • Dog milk, but not cow milk -- unless it's just a little bit.

  • Many dogs are lactose intolerant. So lactose free milk is better. They can also drink sheep or goats milk but this is expensive comparatively.

  • As long as he/she doesn't drink too much yes. You should just search it on google.
