  • Most stuff in the us is a teppanyaki.

    Solid surface grill where a chef prepares means in front of a group.

    Hibachi is like a bbq grill with a grate and gas or coal to cook.

    You usually don’t see this in the us unless the food is prepared in a restaurant kitchen hibachi style.

    I prefer hibachi... teppanyaki is usually more fun.
