Lately I have been skipping breakfast on my work days. Having a cup of black coffee without sugar instead.
Then eating two scrambled eggs with tortilla, avocado, spinach for breakfast on sat and Sunday.
Usually when I do have breakfast during the week, I might have some leftovers from the day before. A small portion tho.
I haven't been physically active much lately, which is why the small breakfast but when I am, I eat a much bigger breakfast.
Pilsbury dough boy calls me to the toaster each morning..
Usually nothing, just coffee. I have no appetite in the morning. I maybe eat some cereal or yogurt, if I eat anything.
Oatmeal or a protein shake. On the weekend I'm more apt to eat some eggs and toast or some cereal. If it is a cheat day I'll make pancakes.
Right now, oatmeal. But I love classic diner combo, chesse omelette, jelly and toast with hash browns. and also I have a sweet spot for the mcdonalds big breakfast
In the Philippines, usually anything greasy with fried rice.
In Canada, I eat cakes, bagels, toast with latte. This morning I had sweet sticky rice. yum!
I don’t like breakfast food, so ideally I will eat leftovers from last night’s dinner for breakfast.
Even more ideally, I will eat homemade wontons with rice and veggies for breakfast.
I pretty much never eat breakfast. Plus i usually wakeup after 10am
Quark cheese, cottage cheese, cereal, a scoop of protein powder and a side salad.
Some type of eggs (scrambled, fried, poached or omelette) with toast and sometimes bacon as well, depending on how much time I have.
For years upon years upon years it was porridge, apart from that it's been cereal or nothing.
400g oats, strawberries, banana, milk, and protein powder blended into a shake. Toast with Peanut butter and 5 eggs.
Either fresh orange or apple juice, cereal, and either warm croissant or toast with honey.
Oh, and several cups of tea to follow.

I used to eat scrambled eggs and blueberries. Now I eat an avocado with a few rasberries and blueberries.

I can't eat breakfast too early otherwise i get nauseous.

Porridge & toast or ham & eggs with toast. Also water & a cup or 2 of coffee.
An apple and a protein bar or small shake.
I eat 2 Sandwiches and drink milk.
