Tofu! If you fry it in spices or some kind of sauce, delicious. It soaks up all that flavor you cook it in.
Acai bowl. Thought it would have a strange fruity taste but it's actually pretty good.
Guacamole. Still gross but not as bad as I expected.

Pesto pasta. I've turned my nose up at it on account of it being green (the stuff I normally use is, I'm aware of other types), but it's delicious and quick and simple to make.
Garlic ice cream. It sounds nasty but it's actually pretty okay
