Option A. Butter for me
With me it is simple, either a cheese-based spread, a tomato-based one or some disgusting amalgamation of both.
This usually involves cream cheese, blue cheese, ricotta, feta (ktipiti), diced tomatoes or tomato paste.
Of course, this is all mixed with absurd amounts of oregano, basil and thyme, because I believe that stuff belongs in everything.

If we are talking breakfast honey/golden/maple syrup because that is about the only time I will even use it. All the other ones I use for lunch or snacks pretty often. Making the syrup the rarest one I use and only on breakfast items like pancakes or waffles. I think the reason I like it the most is because I use it the least so I don't get bored of it. But if you want just used most often than it is butter/margarine.
It depends on what I'm putting it on. I answered "jam" in the poll but I also like flavored cream cheese when I have bagels at work occasionally.
I also like peanut butter (with jam) on sandwiches for a snack. So I guess I use jam a little more than the others.
I always put a little bit of butter and a little bit of cookie butter on toast. Its awesome. That's about the only thing I eat that needs a spread really.
Butter and avocado if I have to choose. I eat mostly oats and cereal, corns... So different type of a breakfast
Strawberry jam mostly but sometimes I do chocolate spread and melted cheddar cheese
Butter and margarines if I had to choose again it jams
“Nut butter” lmao
Speculoos all the way.
Peanut butter. Cashew nut butter isn't bad either.
Croissant with nutella or Pain au raisin.
Sour cherry jam😍😍
Chocolate spread nutella ( poop 😂)
Butter and then Jam
I like spread legs for breakfast the most..
Nothing I eat for breakfast needs a spread.
