What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? And what were you really craving instead?For Me:

BREAKFAST- Slept through it as usual

LUNCH- Chilli Dog & Breakfast Croissant with Grape Soda. doesn't match but yea

DINNER- Chicken flavored rice with peas and Chilli fries. Lmao worse food combos of the year

CRAVING- My faves: Chips & Salsa or Spaghetti or Chiliโ€™s Honey Chipotle Crispers (pic above)

  • BREAKFAST- Either some fiber rich morning flakes or some salmon and avocado toast.

    LUNCH- Something rich in protein so pasta with meat, chicken with whatever, anything I cooked or my mom did XD

    DINNER-Same as lunch :D

    CRAVING- Don't have them, I learned to avoid them so I don't get diabetes. Yup seriously my theory says that based on insulin resistance and blood sugar levels.

    • Well when you figure that I use pot instead of opiate painkillers, I broke my back in 61 places a few years ago and I live with constant physical pain.

  • Breakfast same as always, banana, porridge with chopped nuts, berries, some grated apple, cinnamon, yogurt, and honey. Poached egg. Double shot espresso, and an orange. Lunch was a pear with cheddar cheese and more espresso. Dinner was a bell pepper stuffed with minced beef (not the low fat cardboard) flavoured with oion garlic ginger, cumin, coriander, and smokey paprika, rice with a good dollop of butter and a sprinkling of sumac with sauteed cabbage and carrots. A couple of cans of Guinness for me and glass of a light red for her.
    As for craving, I'd say I miss great bread, but needs must.
