How to get my sourdough starter to be readied to bake within 3 days?

I'm new to making sourdough but I need to bake it this Sunday. I just started making it yesterday (Thursday) night. I live in Thailand so it is hot and my starter (24 hrs of age) is bubbling up so much and have yeasty smell (4-12 hrs ago it smelled like other germs effect but now yeast has taken over the jar nearly completely judged by smell). I use 70 g all purpose flour+70 g water and the first re feeding is the same as the starter pack what should I do to make it ready to be baked in 2 more days?
