sulk probably lol. it always gets better. i have some really violent mood swings and ill be down for a few weeks then for a couple days im really really energetic and motivated and i can literally do anything i set my mind to within the span of 20 minutes until one of those days (usually day 3 or 4) i crash hella hard and pass out. then i wake up completely fine and go on about the next couple months or so like nothing even happened

sometimes its better not to eat it if u had eaten the day before butbin general u should eqt breakfast

No breakfast isn't that important so I skip it on purpose.
Yes. I work out a lot so I eat 2 protein bars and drink a cup of coffee in the morning.

When I can, i do. Otherwise i just eat like a granola bar every hour or so. Gotta have SOME fuel.

breakfast... lol i hardly eat at all because depression is a bitch and i have lost 10 pounds without even trying. im not even hungry
