Try eggs👍🏻 you can prepare different salads with eggs and it wouldn't take too long

If you're trying to bulk up, eggs and oatmeal is pretty good. You can make scrambled eggs pretty quickly if you cook them on a high temp... Oatmeal you can microwave while cooking the eggs.
Alternatively, you can make a smoothie with fruit, milk, peanut butter, and protein powder with ice in a blender.
Eggs, sliced honey ham fried. And some carbs like oat meal. It will make you feel great all morning.
