Please suggest me the best break fast meal... Should be high protein?

It shouldn't be too time consuming to make... I can spend 10 Minutes maximum doing it.

  • If you're trying to bulk up, eggs and oatmeal is pretty good. You can make scrambled eggs pretty quickly if you cook them on a high temp... Oatmeal you can microwave while cooking the eggs.

    Alternatively, you can make a smoothie with fruit, milk, peanut butter, and protein powder with ice in a blender.
