Breakfast: veggie omelette, mixed-seeded oatmeal, gluten free brown rice waffles, and protien smoothie
Lunch: really just anything especially olive sauced feta cheese pizza
Dinner: Lamb saag with white rice, lasagna, and other stuff

I usually skip breakfast, not good I know.. I love to prepare a roasted chicken breast sandwich with a slightly toasted wheat bun, bacon, shredded colby/jack cheeses, and my own signature spice recipe. Dinner would be a inch and a half thick porterhouse steak, grilled mid-well to medium well on the fire pit with mesquite wood chips. Along with a baked potato loaded with cheese and bacon, corn or shells and cheese.

Morning: fruit salad, yougurt, water with lemon.
Snack: 2 apples, water
Noon: Tuna sandwich, granola bar, mint tea
Snack: 10 soda cracker, water
Evening: fish, asparagus, one baked potatoe. Half glass of wine.
Snack: 10 rice crackers and 10 pieces of cheese. Water or peppermint tea.
