if you have face book get the game "Forkesy" its a pretty good free calorie app. for my hight of 170cm i need about 2800 calories a day. I usually only have 2200 cause I'm non active doing school work. Just keep away from the junk food, you will be surprised after awhile you won't care for it anymore.
Some people here are saying teens need more calories, well i don't necessarily believe that unless the teen is active, kids have high metabolism but many by the age of 14 start putting on weight.
