Do dieters notice how much people eat around them eat?

I mean without those people being vocal about it, but through observation.

  • I think they do. I had friend's who diet and count calories. They would notice how much I was eating and they try hard to not eat over their calorie count for the day.

  • When I'm eating to gain, l definitely notice how little they eat compared to me. When I'm dieting, it doesn't phase me. I keep my nutrition on point even in a deficit, though, so l don't get any cravings
