Here are the ingredients in Gatorade: Gatorade Thirst Quencher contains water, sucrose (table sugar), dextrose (corn sugar), citric acid (vitamin C), natural flavor, sodium chloride (table salt), sodium citrate (electrolyte), mono-potassium phosphate (electrolyte), and flavoring/coloring ingredients; some Gatorade flavor variations use brominated vegetable oil as a stabilizer. There's no caffeine as some suggest, it's good for you only on hot, humid days that you're active and sweating a lot, it helps to keep you hydrated and keeps your electrolytes balanced in those hot, humid, sweaty conditions..

Lmao. No. There's is too much sugar. Its a nasty dirty drink. Only water will clear your skin. Drinking 1 to 3lts a day. You need to be drinking that much water daily regardless. No way around it.
