Also, if we're looking at it from nutrition point of view, I would think that you're likely to get most of your macro-nutrients from savory food. I mean, roasted chicken and veggies (root and leaf) vs. Ice-cream/cupcakes? One provides all your macro-nutrients while the other you could argue provides calcium, but nothing else.
