More fruits and veggies, whole grains instead of white.
Don't starve yourself, stress is better handled on a full stomach. Fill up on nutritious stuff though. Donuts won't help you.
Don't drink alcohol. That can make a huge difference. Try to avoid coffee/caffeine and excess sugar too.
Also helpful: exercise a bit more. Eat with other people instead of alone as often as possible. And see if you can relieve the stressful burden anytime soon!
