Why did I lose weight?

This week has been a pretty tough week. I ate so much junk food this week. I’ve literally eaten McDonald’s twice, ordered dominos, ate a huge ass bar of chocolate and a bunch of other crap. But I weighed myself today and I’ve lost 4 pounds since Monday but I really don’t understand how that’s happened? I haven’t worked out this week either..
