  • no, u will lose weight, u do need least 1 meal a day, meat & veg/pasta/eggs, I not a big eater either but your body does need the protean & vitamins, try having milo too it has 6 vitamins & minerals + calcium of milk & has a extra bonus of increasing the calcium boost from milk, you want to have enough energy to enjoy things with your partner
