Then I read fitness articles condemning sugar and trans fats that made me feel bad.
And it's period time so I feel bloated-on top of that I ate noodles twice this week- plus the rice krispies :< I simply feel very naughty... and bloated.
Tomorrow I will eat healthier!

- Something gout inspiring, cause meats
- Something vegan/vegetarian, plants are rad
- I didn't have dinner, woe is me
- I ate junk food, sue me sister
