I don't eat pork because of ethical reasons, and I try to keep the carbs down.

Sheesh who has time to make and eat that? I'll have breakfast maybe 1 or 2 times a week and then it's 3 or 4 strips of hedonistic bacon; other than that breakfast is just coffee for me.
