  • Egg omelet with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli and Feta chesse, with olives and avocado on the side as well as a baked potato. Then oatmeal with Greek yogurt, berries, a banana and walnuts and Brazil nuts.

    That's my breakfast after exercising.

  • Wow... let's see... I would have to say a Denver scramble (onions, bell peppers, eggs, bacon, cheese, potatoes and maybe a little garlic) all heated in a cast iron pan.
    Usually - I am just happy with toast and jam or butter and de-caf coffee. The coffee has to be Don Fransiscos though. Somethings you JUST cannot skimp on. Coffee is one of them.
