Egg omelet with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli and Feta chesse, with olives and avocado on the side as well as a baked potato. Then oatmeal with Greek yogurt, berries, a banana and walnuts and Brazil nuts.
That's my breakfast after exercising.
Mashed avocado on wholegrain toast with diced Roma tomato, crumbled feta cheese and baby spinach. Sometimes I may add a poached egg on top.

Some hardbread (Scandinavian thing), a fried egg and some Yoghurt with granola is my ideal. Pair that up with some fresh coffee and orange juice.
